The Internet Medieval Sourcebook..A very informative site focussing entirely on the medieval era of the eastern world. If you are interested in this era, do visit this site. It covers topics such as religeon, culture, and the different tribes who would later become the countries we know today. You won't be disappointed with this site..
The Labyrinth..Resources for Medieval Studies created by Martin Irvine and Deborah Everhart. Excellent place for researching the medieval era. Has a nice cross refernce database to aid in finding information quickly. One of our favorite sites we use here for researching German historical facts. The site is sponsored by Georgetown University.
Wikipedia...One of if not the best reference sites on the web. If you are doing research this is the site for you to visit. Unlike some sites, Wikipedia gets to the point and that is exactly what you want. You won't find pop-ups, or some author going on and on about nothing and never getting to the keyword you asked for. This site also is free to use.
